Last night on 7/7/7 we screened Pollyanna at my daughter’s camp. It’s run by the Salesian Sisters here in Santa Cruz. We started the evening with the Jetsons #19 and the Flintstones #28, followed by a quick intermission to refill their popcorn.

There was about 50 girls in attendance including about 15 counselors, most of which were snuggled in their sleeping bags on the lawn. I use a Gold Medal 10oz popper and we went through about 10 kettles, here you can see my two volunteer helpers. Here’s a shot of the screen up before the campers settled in. I’m using a 10.5 x 14.5ft DaLite Fast-Fold, beneath you can see a single 10in mono speaker (its 16mm no stereo) that’s more than enough sound with the 25W amps on each Eiki. The lens is a standard 50mm, and the projectors are set back about 55ft. You can see the nuns herding the cats to their assigned spaces. In the final shot, you can see George and Elroy with the girls snuggled in their bags.
