Last night we watched Wild Hogs.  A very funny movie with Tim Allen.  The language isn't for children but, a good movie to show for adults.  I've been wanting to set this series of photos up for a while.  Today I finally got out in the garage and took everything for a short ride and set up the photo shots.   Two of the cars are my son's, one is my wife's,  the truck and T are mine.  Set up as a drive-in in the backyard with the Gemmy.  Just a fun shot of two great hobbies.

NICE!

Now, if you set the projector on the hood of the car, and suspend a bedsheet from a couple trees, you'd be looking just like Mr. Hollingshead (inventor of the drive-in -- early thirties).

Cecilb I only have just under an acre it just looks like more in the photos.  I've seen the photo of the projector on the hood of the car of Mr. Hollingshead its a great shot.  Yesterday was just a great day here in Ohio to be outside.  We have been working on a Halloween showing for our neighbors.  Not sure what movie yet but, most likely will be a B & W classic. We have been working on the Pre-show with the proper cartoons and such.  Neighbors will come through a "special entry way".  It will be a costume party that everyone will be asked to dress up Or unknown to them we have purchaced 20 or so funny Halloween hats for them to wear.  Decorations are in the works along with the smoke machines.  My family for 10 or so years worked in a local haunted house where we were given an area and made our props.  We have 90 - 100  homemade and purchased masks that we have used over the years.  I'll take photos of the event and post them after it's over.
