Just had our third and biggest movie night yet.  Oooh what a night.  Had about 30 family and friends over for a swim, cookout, and a movie.   Here are some pics.

This is SWMBO. You know when I first brought this idea to my husband about 4 years ago he told me it was a cheesy idea.  I again brought it up just after the pool was installed and again got the same response from him.  It was with the help of some friends that this whole thing took form and know we have had one every two weeks since and he is looking for more ways to improve the whole thing.

He has even created his own trivia and trailer DVD's depending on if it is a friends and family weekend or just our closest friends.

I guess SWMBO's really do know what we are talking about.

Beautiful setup!  Welcome to our forums!

Man, that looks relaxing... and cool... It's about 400 degrees here today.

It looks like a long throw across that pool.  Which projector are you using?

I am currently useing a borrowed Epson Powerlite S3 but am about to purchase an Eiki LC-XB28.  The Epson is 1200 lumens were the Eiki is 3000 lumens.

Wow, great job.

What kind of screen are you using? Trampoline? How did you do the border?

Cinema BBQ,

I have to admit the screen is a DaLite 9x12 FastFold.
