First of all thanks for the ideas I got back in the winter. DVD player and receiver are permanently installed in an old fridge I had that is now located on our deck, under roof. Moisture proof and bug proof. 500 watt powered sub also located on the deck. True 5.1 surround rivals any indoor theatre I have been in..! Screen (8ft. X 16ft.) is permanently attached to garage. Used .040" aluminum sheet in matte white finish. Perfect screen material and is literally permanent. I built the "video tower" to locate projector 7 feet from patio surface. This allows people to get up for popcorn or drinks with no shadows cast on the screen. Projector is refurb EX70 purchased directly from Epson. Purchased 45 foot long HDMI cable from Monoprice.com to reach from equipment cabinet on deck to the video tower on patio. Hope pics tell what my short story here left out..!!

Thanks. I actually showed 3 movies right on the garage wall before the screen was built!! The kids loved it. You could not notice all the screw heads and ribs in the metal unless you concentrated on them instead of the movie!! The beer temperature.......I promise, has not been neglected!!

I am also in Middle Tennessee! About 30 miles north of Nashville in the town of Portland. Good to see I'm not the only one within a 100 mile radius who has this hobby! LOL.

I have posted more detail of our screen and how inexpensive it actually was there.
