I have a Denon Professional DN-V200 rack mounted DVD player for sale for $250 and I also have a DN-V300 for sale for $450 both units are well taken care of and are like brand new. Comes with remotes, owners manuals and etc.... I am now running the Pioneer Professional rack mounted Blu-ray players in both of my setups and have no need for these.

Email me for pictures at cnfe@cox.net

Kinda playing around right now. Just bought the APC SMT1500RM2U for battery backup because the Panamax MB1500 I had could not support the Christie DHD800 and kept going into overload. Then I moved to the DVD Players and have been playing with the Pioneer BDPV6000 Professional Blu-Ray Player for a while now and just grabbed a Denon DBP-2012UDP Professional 3D Blu-ray player. Both are rack mounts and I have just began playing around with them so as I deside I will post my thoughts. May be 4-6 weeks so I can really dig into them.

I've been playing with the blu-ray player in our rack as well for the past month or so and I do have some observations.  Its going to be very important for all of us switching over to blu-ray to always either have back-up DVD material available or to always update our firmware before heading out for a show. We have on several occasions found ourselves unable to play blu-ray content on a player until the firmware was updated.

There was only one time a blu-ray did not play. This was with my old Insignia first gen player. So far the OPPO can play any blu-ray including the disc that would not play on the Insignia.

The most recent incident was on my sony bdp-s570 with Despicable Me.  This disc wouldn't play until the firmware upgrade was done.  Its possible for any player to have this issue as new disks with new features are released.  It shouldn't be an issue as long as you do regular upgrades, but if your getting a disk that is a very recent release and you haven't upgraded for awhile its a "potential issue".  Just one of those FYI issues to watch out for, I'm all in on blu-ray. Though I can't get myself to dump my denon dvd player yet, seems like one of those no fail back-up plans...

Agreed. The Insignia I had did not have the ability to take firmware upgrades.
