Ok, editing and pricing this at a blow-out price.  Need to make room and this is still just sitting on a shelf doing nothing.

Originally $900

SALE PRICE = $150 plus shipping (local pick-up available)

Does not include projector, dvd player, or Pelican travel case.

I need to move to a more traditional rack case because we are also starting to do live sound gigs, just brought a sound engineer on board.

Chris,

Is the Pelican case that came with the Cinebox a standard model that can be ordered (Model number please, if you have it) or are these custom made for Open Air?  If the later, I believe the system would be more marketable if the case were included in the sale.  Clearly, one can add their own PJ and DVD player.  But, having the case to secure and protect the Cinebox and associated electronics would really make it more attractive, I would think.

It would have come with a standard Pelican Case, I didn't order one with my Cinebox because they wanted manufactures suggested retail price. Owning half a dozen or more pelican cases I know they can be purchased significantly cheaper and if you don't mind one with a scratch or two you can get them used for even less.

I'm working at the FD tonight so I'll confirm the model number tomorrow, but I believe its a Pelican 1610. The case is nice and if your going to be transporting the equipment in your vehicle I would purchase one.  If I was going to be using this at home I wouldn't waste the dollars on the case.

I really do wish I could keep this unit for when we do movies at our home, its so much lighter then my large rack cases. However I've spent a ton of cash this year and still need to purchase a new trailer....
