we built a simple pvc frame and draped a painters drop cloth across it for the screen. it has a seam across it but you cant see it when the movie is playing.
here are some shots


had to play the 360 on it  Grin

I couldn't figure out why I couldn't find our pictures and I just noticed dh made his own screen name and posted them Cheesy

We ended up securing the screen with ties in through our bedroom windows to keep it from falling over. I was worried about the kids tripping over ties if we had done it the normal way. With having it so close to the house it really helps with the wind.

We're already making plans to build it bigger next year Grin

SAY...YES...TO PVC

I have had several types of frames in the past. The photo of the PVC frame and screen are 8 years old. The Heavey Duty Sign banner material is a bit brittle now but stands up to some pretty high wind.
I have a few helpfull hints on constructing a Nice Screen set up like the photos below if any are interested.
