What are the pros here using for HDMI switches these days? I've hopped around through quite a few over the years and never found anything that worked the way I wanted. One of my Airscreens came with a basic 3x1 Octava branded switch but they like to automatically jump to a new input anytime a piece of equipment is turned on and I don't like that. Also the analog audio outputs would briefly pause on my devices when switching which is annoying.

What I'm looking for is at least three HDMI inputs and a switching mechanism that works without interfering with the HDMI handshake each time an input is switched. I've heard good things about the Kramer VP-728 on here, but that's overkill for my needs and only has two HDMI inputs. I don't mind spending money on something as long as I know it'll work.
