Here's a rather novel and commendable use of a projector and water dispersion screen:

That's Really Cool!!  My son was 6 when he passed away due to complications with his Cerebral Palsy.  As a parent of a disabled child, we frequently notice people parked in handicapped spots here.  I did have a handicapped sign that was hung from the rear view mirror, however i rarely used it.  I was able and my son's wheelchair was easy to work with.  As a game for him we would decide whether or not we'd use the sign, usually by guessing if someone else would need to use the spot.  Great memories!

This is a great thing they are doing!  It drives me nuts when able adults park there for "just a second while i run into the store".  At the mall though!!!  How rude!  While it can be said that some people abuse the system (just like most systems are abused somehow), most people who have these stickers and signs need them, and use them to make the simple things we do, more accessible to them.

Thanks for the share Sparge!!!

Now about the screen for this.  A thin air stream with water dispersion?  Definitely a dark area, like a parking garage would be required for this.  I wish it showed the hardware a little more clearly.  Maybe I'll try this with the sprinkler on a windy night this spring!  LOL
