For home I use the following

A new Sears four burner grill with a side burner. Got a great price & the table slides out for a neat serving area.

An 18 inch Weber Charcoal grill that has not been used in years...almost new but will be used this year.

The Big easy oil-less turkey fryer & rib cooker etc.....love it

Coleman  Propane fryer...discontinued by the company but works well for small amounts of fish or fries. (great for tailgating also)

Pizza Pronto Pizza Cooker & Wok...new can't wait for spring.

Not  cookers but I have a plastic outdoor sink (great for clean-up & clean hands) Plus my Busch stadium ll seats with a bottle opener within reach.

FOR TAILGATING

MY Margaritaville tailgate grill attached onto my hitch.....Nice size with side tables

Charbroil Portable Grill® X200 TRU-Infrared  Small but gets hotter than my other tailgating grill...makes a great steak.

Uniflame Little Charcoal Grill It is a Mini but does the job at tailgates for Charcoal ((small groups).

Gasone butane  Hey I don't have a side burner for tailgating on my grill so here it is.

Last but not least is a nice product that I use at home & on the road Sizzle-Q griddle.

I also use my propane fryer on the road

OK wish list

A propane cooker with large pot for Clams & seafood boils

I know what many of you are thinking no smoker......Well I guess I am a Yankee all the way. I love ribs but I don't like them smoked just don't like the taste.... Same with smoked fish or chicken or pork.

As a tailgater I really don't like chili or pulled pork not to say I don't eat them from time to time.

What do I like Tuna, Sword Fish, steak, steak, Steak, Dogs, burgers, Chicken & wings & pork chops (with apple sauce). Plus Pizza Grin Clams, Lobster & Oysters, baked & fried potatoes, Corn for others (I can't eat it Cry) & garlic bread.

What are my plans for this year

1) Ribs on the big easy for the first time.
2) turkey on the big easy I have been doing chickens
3) A lobster, clam boil in a single pot
4) A reverse sear with a steak cooked low & slow on the Sears gasser & thrown on the weber charcoal at the end for the sear.
5) clams & oysters on the gas grill with a butter garlic sauce with bacon on top.
6) Bananas foster.
7) Breakfast on the Grill with bacon, eggs, hash browns, Chipped beef, Pancakes & corned beef hash....not all in the same day LOL
Cool Clam & bacon Pizza with lots of garlic Cheesy
9) Fresh Rubens with NY corned beef
10) Big macs LOL with the special sauce

Will I do all this?  No but if I can do a 1/3 I will be happy lol

Drinks will come on the next thread followed by dessert

What say you?

Now we're talking! Grin

I bought a Masterbuilt electric smoker last summer and I LOVE IT, especially since I can't cook at all but this thing makes smoking meat so easy.

I try to use it at least a couple times a month. Mostly ribs and pulled pork, but I've done chicken a couple times too.

It's funny that I would buy that smoker  if I got into smoking
