I have been using my Gemmy deluxe (screen Only)for my basement in the colder months I was thinking of updating with a carl's blackout cloth.can anyone help me will there be a big difference in picture quality i was thinking of building a frame and using  velcro to secure to the frame

I used a Carl's screen outdoors for a couple of years until we moved and left it with the house. I now use a Gemmy and the BOC screen is a better picture (IMHO). Use a 4K lumen 1024 x 768 Panasonic outside and an Epson 1600 lumen 720p inside on a small BOC screen that we use indoors and the picture is excellent. Hope this helps.
