Hi all

My latest creation in outdoor screens is my 315 inch aluminium framed screen. My screens are used with front projection only as the screen material is made from a blockout pvc material with a matt finish. This screen is supported by 4 custom made legs which are designed to pivot and lay flat on the ground to assemble the screen.

Once screen is secured to the legs the screen is then swung up and locked into place. The screen is secured to the ground with the use of ground screw pegs which are screwed into the ground using a 3/4 electric rattle gun. Back brace supports are then attached high up on each leg and braced back to the ground with more screw pegs.

I have designed all my screens which have been in use for the past 6 years for my business.

That is ridiculously awesome. How long does it take to setup and tear down?

I toured the U.S. showing outdoor movies in 2010 on Carl's 16x9 screen.
Now I own eight commercial rental screens ranging from 9x5 to 30x17!
