Nothing like watching UT win the rose bowl on the big screen.  Fortunately, HOA board members are football fans as well...  Here is a pic from the dry run (XBox).

For the game, I put the Tivo and Speakers up in the windows above the screen.  This was a great way to pull the whole neighborhood out for some fun.  Fortunately, I live close to the end of a dead end street, because we had most of it blocked off with chairs. 

The screen was cheap -> just 3 queen sized sheets from walmart with a hollow steel pipe through the top and bottom.

Welcome!  Your setup looks great!  It's amazing the picture quality you can get off a tarp, bedsheets, etc.
