Is Sima still in business? I've left multiple messages, emails, and cannot seem to get anyone in the company to respond. I've got a <6 month old Sima XL-12 that I bought on closeout, and it has multiple leaks on both of the seams between the screen & the feet. B/C of the nature of the construction/seam, I can't get the patches to hold, and am now having to refill the screen every 10 min or so to keep it aloft.
Any suggestions? Am I screwed? Hate to think I just threw $700 away for about 5 movies.
FWIW the online company I bought it from only offered 30 day returns, and they no longer carry these. They said to TT the manf. :-(
