Lol. We're they in "el callejon"? 

third st and central off the 10 fwy, there is an entire block dedicated to dj/sound equipment. very overwhelming with people jumping in front of your car to get you to go into their store. as i rushed out of there i saw a store filled with auto lighting and thought of your marquee.

cool. makes sense now that these LED's are listed under car accessories. there are also waterproof versions, so im guessing its used as under-car lighting. my family had a restaurant not that far from that area, so im a bit familiar with it. Santee Alley hot dogs (con cebolla y jalapeno!) ftw! what bugs me more is the potholes. the people i can handle but the street maintenance is super crappy.

Early Xmas present from china!  A lot smaller than I imagined. Anywho, time to find a power supply an test fitting some time this week.

im all herpy derp in the brain and i sliced 2 probably good power supplies in a vain attempt to power a strip of these lights.  the herpy derp is because im an electronics engineer by my degree and dont remember diddly. ima wait for the local trw electronics swap meet coming up the saturday after xmas. theres plenty of power supplies specifically made for these lights there.
