Primer coat went on without a hitch.  Want to give that at least 6 hrs. of dry time before the first of two coats of flat black go on.  Sorry if I'm boring you all to tears with this.  But I feel like if I post these updates, it will force me to stay on schedule and get this thing finished.

What did you decide on for screen paint? I built a 98" screen using some left over Formica laminate. I liked the white but it was too bright so I painted over it with Behr Silver Screen Flat Latex. $20 later, it looks really good. Another option is BOC or Spandex stretched over a screen. Either one is fairly easy and looks great.

After lots of research I decided to go with the Sherwin Williams satin white.  Can't remember the product code, but its very popular with home theatre geeks .  If you need the code let me know.
