i might adjust the camera work. dont like that super speed flyby in the middle. but overall i think it turned out great

I like them.  I was messing around with After Effects for a while, but if I wasn't following a tutorial I was lost.  I went back to Sony Vegas to try and make a countdown video, but just haven't spent as much time with it as I wanted to.  I like your clips though, they are nice and clean.  I have no creativity at all, so my little project was sort of disappointing me and I think that is why I didn't put as much into it as I wanted.

Maybe I'll have to look at it again, or see about giving After Effects another try.

so far i've really absorbed the whole neon sign tutorial i've been using. this next intro i did using a combination of the neon tuts and a recent find of how to find edges and make lines from them.

hmmm... need to rerun this through the media encoder. looks "off" for some reason

fixed it. changed the output from my regular windows media video to h.264. i think i'll re-encode all my previous efforts this way.

fixed the 2nd intro from the first post. added a zoom out and a spin. fade at the end.

fixed the radiator springs/mega tronn "walk-in" theater. got rid of the zoom camera.

fixed the star trek/tronn intro. one of the longest ive done so far. about a minute or so.

all the video and animation was done in after effects. premiere is where i inserted the audio.

originally the video was 30 seconds long but i cut it down to sync up with the audio.

I check Google Earth AND Bing Maps every couple months waiting for them to update their satellite imagery to show my screen outside. My screen's been up for a year straight now but it's been 2+ years since either of them have updated, apparently.

ok. opening up the "request line" for whoever wants a "Universal" style logo for their theater. there are 3 rules.

1. give me 2 lines. main and secondary. main will be the letters that curve around the globe. the secondary line will be the letters that fade in towards the end.

2. You do NOT TALK ABOUT FIGHT CLUB

2. please be patient especially if the "request line" if full. renders take about 40 minutes for the video alone on my slow pc. add another 5 minutes for putting in the audio. add another day or two for "if i feel like it".

3. videos will be uploaded to youtube at 1080p. once you "acquire" the video, you can request me to erase it from my end if you wish. either from my pc or youtube or both if requested.

thats about it. if anyone is handy with after effects, i do have the source files available. im trying to figure out how to upload them here though
